SHG -Strictly High Grown- is a term for coffee that was grown at an altitude around 1350 meters.
Coffee grown at a higher altitude and so also at lower temperature produces a slower maturing fruit and denser bean, creating a more desirable speciality brew.
Soft body, smooth finish, fruity fragrance, lively acidity.
