A classic Raw Farmhouse Cheese aged 6 to 12 months for an intense depth of flavour and texture. Consistently good, tasty cheese produced from quality raw milk, at a Camphill Community in Scotland. During the cheese making process the milk is never heated above 39 degrees, keeping it classified as raw.

Their range of award winning, organic dairy products has earned them an enviable reputation as one of Scotlands most respected artisan creameries.

Loch Arthur started to make cheese in 1985 from the milk of their two Jersey and two Ayrshire cows. From these humble beginnings their cheeses have become recognised and sought after and are now produced in their purpose built Creamery and sold throughout the UK.
