Fats and oils are part of a balanced healthy diet. We have oils to cook with and oils that should be used uncooked and raw.
Fats and oils that are good to cook with:
- Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
- Organic Ghee - ideally from Pasture Fed Cows
- Organic Olive Oil - for low temperature cooking
- Organic Sunflower Frying Oil - (uses special sunflower seeds that are high in mono-unsaturated oleic acid) for low temperature cooking
- Organic Butter - for low temperature cooking
- Organic Cold Pressed Avocado Oil - for low temperature cooking
- Organic Cold Pressed Sesame Oil - for low temperature cooking
