The Ruby Kraut is made with a delicious combination of earthy vegetables - red cabbage, carrot and beetroot, preserved with salt and lactic acid bacteria.

Keep refrigerated and use within 10-15 days of opening. In practice, with careful storage this product can keep much longer - as was the tradition with fermented vegetables everyehere.

Any chilled or frozen items not posted on a listed 24hr service will beat your own risk. We will always include chill packs and some insulation in your parcel.Placing frozen goods into your freezer on delivery will be at your discretion.

Important note: It is normal for the jars to ocassionally leak during transit due to the ongoing fermentation of the product and release of CO2. Please do not reject your package if the box is slightly wet, this is perfectly usual behaviour and does not affect the product in any way.
