What is the 'Mother' in Vinegar?

Organic, unfiltered Vinegar contains the 'Mother' which is responsible for its slightly murky appearance. It is the bacteria that make the vinegar that are responsible for producing the ‘Mother’ and it is believed to be rich in beneficial natural proteins, enzymes, fibres and acetic acid along with the bacteria themselves.

The first documented use of vinegar was by the Father of modern medicine Hippocrates himself and fermented food and drinks have been consumed and praised for centuries around the globe.
