Try 1 level to 1 heaped teaspoon of powder mixed with approx. 100ml water or juice, perhaps every 2 or 3 hours and once in the night, if you feel it necessary.

1 level to 1 heaped teaspoon of the powder - try it mixed with 100ml water or juice before bed.
Sex-related Support
1 level to 1 heaped teaspoon of powder mixed in with water or juice before sex. It is a good idea to take it again immediately afterwards and perhaps continue over the next 24 - 48 hours.
