Fresh, organic turmeric root will add a boost to your diet and can be used in many different ways:
- Add to approx 1" smoothies or juices
- Grate into a marinade

Fresh turmeric is slightly peppery and less bitter than dried turmeric.
Golden Milk Recipe
- Gently warm 1 cup of milk, if using unpasteurised milk, or use coconut, almond, hezelnut etc. if you prefer.
- Grate in 1 teaspoon of fresh ginger and 2 teaspoons of grated fresh turmeric
- Add a few black peppercorns to taste
- Simmer gently for approx 10 minutes
- Strain, serve and enjoy
