LEMON MYRTLE ESSENTIAL OIL (Backhousia Citriodora Leaf Oil)
This is steam distilled from the leaves of the lemon myrtle plant, and is rich in aldehyde citral which gives the oil its strong, deep lemony aroma.
Lemon myrtle is uplifting, refreshing, purifying, cleansing oil It is also reputed for its calming and soothing effects and so diffusing the oil can uplift the spirits and support a healthy, happy mind.
As Lemon myrtle is a cleansing essential oil, it is safe for skin that may be prone to oily breakouts. It is also a highly effective antiseptic oil.
Blending: lemon myrtle blends well with eucalyptus, tea tree and sandalwood.
Great to keep your washing smelling fresh when a few drops are added to your washing machine.
Suggested directions for use:
Add 6-10 drops in a bath.
Mix 5 drops with water to use in an oil burner.
Mix 6-10 drops with hot water as an inhalation.
Mix 5 drops per 10ml of carrier oil for massage.

Do not take internally.
Keep away from children and eyes.
