Tangy, rich and with a satisfying bite, a traditional farmhouse cheddar, matured slowly in the cheese store at the Ethical Dairy for 9-12 months. This cheese is made with unpasteurised milk from our ethical dairy farm. It best consumed within 4 weeks.
All our cheeses are made with vegetarian rennet.
