The Grass Fed Jerky is handmade in small batches on the Neville Estate in Eridge Park - a centuries-old woodland and place of natural beauty, owned by The Duke of Abergavenny.
Over the last twelve months, they have been on a voyage of discovery, perfecting the optimal slice of grass-fed beef + Anglesey salt, ensuring the highest standard of taste and consistency.
As part of the dehydration process, beef can lose up to 65% of its mass. The outcome? A savoury, toffee, creamy, crispy, salty slice of the finest beef in the UK, and none of the sugar! Our commitment to environmental and regenerative farming ensures that every bite you take contributes to a sustainable future, and we are developing limited edition batches, which will be produced using cattle sourced from one specific farm at a time.
