Our Icelandic cod liver is soft and delicious with a delicate flavour and spreadable paté-like texture. It is a nutritional powerhouse with high Omega 3, Vitamin A & D and iron content. Omega 3 fatty acids are essential for brain health, reducing inflammation and supporting heart health and immune function.
Caught in the Atlantic Ocean, the fish is put on ice and then rinsed, salted and trimmed, before being cooked at high heat in the can.
