Macrobiotic Diet and Japanese Foods

A macrobiotic diet is an approach to wellness associated with the balancing of yin and yang energies. A well balanced natural diet is encouraged with an emphasis on seasonality and geography. If you are following a macrobiotic diet we can supply you many of the ingredients you may need, including:
