In our freezer we have a varying selection of quality fish.
We have Organically Farmed Salmon Fillets, farmed in the Irish Sea by the sole producer of the World's finest Organic Salmon.
These farms are located in Glenarm Bay and Red Bay off the Antrim coast, separated by 11 miles of fast flowing coastal seawater.
Each farm is stocked with a different generation of organically reared smolts all sourced from the island of Ireland giving us the ability to supply our customers with fresh premium organic salmon all year round.
The Farm`s approach to rearing salmon gives priority to the health and welfare of the fish, to the long term protection of the environment and to the delivery of an outstanding product to our customers
Glenarm Organic Salmon is accredited by the Organic Food Federation and Bio Suisse.
Our Organic Prawns are farmed in Ecuador in a balanced and ecological way. They are produced using sustainable methods to minimise environmental impact and are free from antibiotics and pesticides, these superb seafood treats are a great source of protein and calcium.
We have wild caught, sustainable:
- Hoki (a white fish similar to Hake)
We can source a wonderful truly Wild Scottish Salmon, frozen or smoked. If you would like a whole Wild Salmon, fished by hand from Scottish coastal waters, get in touch and we will source one for you. They start at between 2 and 3 kg, and can be gutted for you if you wish.
We have a ranges of tinned fish too, with impeccable environmental credentials, including: salmon, tuna, sardines, mackerel, anchovies and kippers.
